The Bijou Terre de Providence Rosé is one of those wines that transports you to European summer as soon as it hits the glass. Pale salmon pink and pretty as a picture, this is a rosé that delivers on both looks and flavour, delicate and aromatic but with enough texture and substance to keep things interesting. Dry, crisp and fresh, it’s the kind of wine is perfect for enjoying before dinner, or simply on its own during the day.

The nose is all raspberry, cherry, and floral, with a hint of lemon that make it feel light and inviting. On the palate, it’s crunchy and textured, with a bright core of strawberry and mouth-watering acidity that keeps you reaching for another sip. The finish is silky and clean. It’s made for enjoying with a board of cured meats and soft cheeses, or honestly, just on its own before dinner with nowhere to be. Simple, charming, and very easy to love. If you can’t make it to European Summer, this might be the next best thing.

About Bijou

Bijou is the kind of wine producer you can’t help but get excited about. Based in Southern France, they have spent the past decade hunting down the smaller, lesser-known corners of the south, places like the windswept Coteaux de Béziers, the rustic Vallée du Paradis, and the high-altitude sites of the Haute Vallée de l’Aude above Limoux. Working hand in hand with passionate growers and winemakers, their whole mission is to find and share the finest expressions of these hidden gem regions, and from what we can tell, they are very good at it.

Bijou also has a big heart when it comes to women in wine, actively championing female talent through sponsorship, mentorship, and creating real opportunities across the industry. It’s a cause they take seriously and put real energy behind.
