Wine review: Zilzie Wines Selection 23 Rosé
Zilzie Wines has a range to suit everyone’s taste and budget, and I’ve been exploring a few of them over the past few months. The Selection 23 range is perfect for those after an affordable selection of crowd-pleasing wines that won’t break the bank. One of the wines available in this collection is the Zilzie Wines Selection 23 Rosé which is sure to be a summer hit. It’s perfect for warmer weather with simply tasty flavours and a really affordable price point. Enjoy it with or without food, either way, it is a good time.
The Zilzie Wines Selection 23 Rosé is a beautiful salmon colour in the glass with lovely lifted aromas of cherry and fresh strawberry. The palate is juicy upfront with strawberries and a touch of creaminess making the wine vibrant yet soft. The finish is zesty and crisp, making this wine thirst quenching. This blend of Shiraz, Sangiovese and Pinot Gris is simply delicious, and the kind of wine you don’t need to think twice about cracking open with friends over a picnic or BBQ.
