It’s been a hot minute since I’ve reviewed a Prosecco, so when I was sent a few wines from The Flying Winemaker to try I just had to start with some bubbles. I love a good Prosecco. It’s perfect for everyday bubbles and lends itself to so many occasions. Time spent with friends, a sipper on a Sunday afternoon or a pre-dinner drink. It’s always perfectly refreshing, and The Flying Winemaker Prosecco NV certainly ticked all the boxes for me!

Why I love The Flying Winemaker Prosecco NV
The Flying Winemaker Prosecco NV is an affordable and delicious bottle of bubbles. It’s perfect for popping open with or without an occasion to celebrate. Who needs an excuse anyway? This wine is simply tasty bubbles and is perfect for making those everyday moments more sparkly!
This wine has beautiful aromas of florals, pear, and peach on the nose. This followed through into the palate which had the perfect amount of bubbles. It had a lovely soft mousse which made sipping this wine a dream. Sometimes Prosecco can be a little harsh but I thought this one was absolutely delightful. It also had a lovely hint of minerality to give it the perfect balance between dry and sweet. Overall it was seriously delicious!
The Flying Winemaker Prosecco NV is a great wine for enjoying with friends or even popping open to enjoy an afternoon beverage. Who needs an excuse? I wouldn’t worry about pairing this wine with anything. But if you wanted to pair it with food I think a nice Charcuterie would make for the perfect pairing.
