Why I loved Pierre D’Amour Rosé
The Pierre D’Amour Rosé is fun, easy-drinking and refreshing. I love the added touch of a rose quartz crystal on each bottle. This stone promotes love and so is right at home on this wine. It’s a beautiful salmon colour in the glass which reminds me of the classic French style wines. This wine is a dry style Rosé too so if you are a fan of French styles I think you’ll enjoy this one.
This Rosé has beautiful flavours of strawberry and raspberry with underlining refreshing citrus acidity. The fruitiness in the wine is balanced by savoury earthy notes with a crisp dry finish. It’s the kind of wine you don’t need to think too much about to enjoy. It’s refreshing, goes down easy and is sure to please a crowd. At under $20 a bottle, it ticks all the boxes!
What to enjoy it with
The Pierre D’Amour Rosé is the sort of wine you can easily enjoy with or without food. I think it’s the perfect wine to enjoy with friends on a sunny afternoon or as part of a picnic. It’s made for enjoyment.
If you want to pair it with some food, we had it with a cheese platter and it was perfect. You could also opt for a fresh salad or grilled fish or chicken.
In summary: Pierre D’Amour Rosé
The Pierre D’Amour Rosé is tasty, refreshing and easy-drinking. At this price point, it ticks all the boxes for an affordable wine that is made for enjoying with friends. I love the little touch of the nice label and quartz crystal too! It’s something fun and different. Enjoy this wine with or without food and without thinking too much about it. It’s made for simply enjoying.
