I recently had the chance to try the Marnong Estate Single Vineyard Fiano 2023, and it’s one of those wines that strikes the perfect balance between freshness and texture. As we head into warmer weather here, I was reminded that Fiano is perfect for Springtime by this wine! With its medium straw-gold hue and delicately fragrant bouquet, it opens with notes of ripe citrus and subtle florals that immediately draw you in. Medium-bodied and textural, this Fiano exudes both vibrancy and refinement. It’s a wine that’s equally at home with a relaxed lunch or something a little more special at dinner.
