Wine review: Balancing Heart Energy and Grace Chardonnay
Recently I was sent a few wines from Balancing Heart Vineyard to try and I was so excited to share them with you. I’ve been a big fan of their wines and their cellar door every time I’ve visited the Granite Belt in my home state. Not only is their cellar door such a fun place, but their wines are absolutely delicious! And one of those delicious wines is the Balancing Heart Energy and Grace Chardonnay. Each wine in their range offers something different, and this Chardonnay is serving up delicious Summer notes. Now I have to say I’m not normally a fan of unoaked Chardonnay, but this one might have just changed my mind.
The Balancing Heart Energy and Grace Chardonnay is your ultimate summer party companion. Notes of apple, mango and paw paw play on the aroma and follow through into the lovely fruit profile of the palate. Its refreshing and lively acidity alongside a soft, juicy finish makes this wine nicely balanced and easy drinking at its finest. It pairs like a dream with the vibrant flavours of summer meals. Picture it enhancing the crispness of your favourite salads or adding a burst of flavour to a seafood feast. There’s not much more you could want out of a perfect Summer wine!
About Balancing Heart Vineyard
Balancing Heart Vineyard is fueled by a profound passion for curating unforgettable experiences centred around exceptional wine. Their philosophy revolves around putting heart and soul into cultivating a vineyard that delivers the very best of Australian wines. Nestled in the Granite Belt, the vines thrive in soil enriched with the textural essence of nature, shaped over an impressive 250 million years of history.
