Are you a fan of Sex in the City? Well, you might be excited to know you can now get Sarah Jessica Parker’s own wine right here in Australia – the Invivo X Sarah Jessica Parker Rosé 2019!
I’ve been seeing her wines pop up over Instagram but only recently have they been made available in Australia thanks to Invivo & Co collaborating with SendnSip! At under $20 per bottle, this is the perfect wine for enjoying with friends, or just watching SATC marathons on your couch! I think either option is entirely appropriate – maybe even do both!
The wine has been crafted in partnership with a winery in Provence, France. Sarah Jessica Parker and Invivo chose the final blend over an afternoon tasting – can you imagine?! The wine itself is refreshing and a little gutsier than what you might be used to from Provence – but this makes it a great food wine!
The Invivo X Sarah Jessica Parker Rosé 2019 is a fuller-bodied style of Rose with complexity and richness. I really enjoyed the texture of the wine in the mouth and found it was nicely balanced by crisp acidity. I liked that it had a nice front with summer berries and a hint of rose, but good acidity and minerality in the back palette. The finish was also nice and long which I loved.
